Blanket Fort: A Reparenting Workbook for Tender Souls
Why We Wrote This
Because some of us were never really children. We were small adults in quiet houses with big responsibilities.
We knew how to read the room before we knew how to read. We learned early that staying sweet, small, and helpful kept things safe—at least for everyone else.
And one day we woke up… and couldn’t find ourselves.
Blanket Fort was created for that moment.
The one where you realize you’ve spent years being good, being nice, being what was needed—but never quite being… held.
This workbook is not about fixing what’s broken. It’s about building what you never had: warmth, safety, laughter, and a place to come home to—even inside yourself.
We wrote this for the bedtime story that was never read.
The boundary that was never modeled.
The apology that never came.
And the version of you that never stopped hoping anyway.
You won’t need to earn anything in these pages. There are no gold stars.
No tests to pass. Just a tender invitation to crawl under the blanket and try again—with soft pillows, gentle truths, imaginary friends, and a nervous-system pace your younger self can actually keep.
If you were the kid who never felt like a kid,
If you’re the adult who holds space for everyone but yourself,
If you’re ready to stop bracing and start receiving…
The fort is warm.
The lights are soft.
You’re allowed in.
