Classroom for Consciousness: Kids’ Editions
Why We Wrote This
Maybe you remember how early it started. Or you see it happening to kids in your life and it breaks your heart. How it felt to be left out of the group, or misunderstood by a teacher.
This series was written for the kid who tries to hold the peace in a classroom that doesn’t feel safe.
- For the one who feels everything and doesn’t yet have words.
- For the little girl who keeps saying sorry, and the little boy who starts to shut down.
- For the tween who needs a new kind of boundary. And for the teen who’s just now realizing their voice is powerful.
We made these editions because our children deserve what we didn’t have:
- Tools for nervous-system safety.
- Words for complex feelings.
- Practices for truth-telling without punishment.
- A map for being kind without being swallowed.
- A way to teach kindness in action that works even when life...doesn't.
The adult version of this work builds emotional clarity and community repair. The kids’ versions plant the roots. And together, they raise a generation that doesn’t need to unlearn their wholeness.
Meant to get dirty. Keep them in the lunchbox, the backpack, the glovebox of the minivan.
